Maxime LE BORNE graduated in Law with distinction (ULB, 1999) and achieved an additional Degree of Financial law (Ugent, 2000).

The practice of Maxime primarily focusses on Commercial Law, Real Estate Law, IT-Law and the Law of Information and Communication Technologies.

Maxime also acts in the role of mediator within the areas of Civil and Commercial Law. He published the legal journal DroitBelge.Net (www.droitbelge.be).

Finally, Maxime holds a membership (lawyer) in the “reputation 365” agency which specialises in the protection of e-reputation (www. Reputation365.eu).
