Mathilde Vilain XIIII

Mathilde Vilain XIIII has been a member of the Brussels Bar since August 2016.

She is passionate about public and administrative law and has developed a particular interest in public procurement law (public contracts, concessions and PPPs). She assists and defends the interests of companies and public authorities both in the design and award phase of public contracts and in the execution phase. She has co-authored a number of books and gives numerous seminars and training courses on the subject.

Her practice also focuses on constitutional law and disciplinary law, where she also advises and litigates.

Mathilde Vilain XIIII is bilingual and speaks fluent French and Dutch. As her experience extends to the European market, she also intervenes in English.
