Lana Ahad

Lana Ahad has been a member of the Brussels Bar since 2014. She advises both individuals and companies, adopting a pragmatic approach to offer her clients tailor-made solutions that take into account their interests and needs.

In line with this approach, Lana focuses on Principled Negotiation and encourages her clients to try mediation, to settle their cases efficiently and avoid unnecessarily lengthy and costly legal proceedings.

She defends her clients in court when attempts at amicable settlement have been unsuccessful and has also been active in mediation for many years.

She also supports her clients outside of any conflict, assists them in drafting agreements and provides legal advice tailored to their situation.
