Essya Kastally has been a lawyer at the Brussels Bar since 2014. She advises and
represents her clients in business law, with a particular affinity for banking law.

As such, she assists her clients both in drafting contracts and in providing advice
from the pre-litigation phase. She also regularly assists her clients in negotiations,
giving priority to the amicable resolution of disputes.

She has a particular appreciation of judicial law and civil procedure, but is critical and
only suggests legal proceedings when theyare of real interest.

She is also well versed in seizure and execution procedures.

Her experience in these areas enables her to provide her clients with effective assistance
and advice on criminal business law.

Essya Kastally was also a director of the Conférence du Jeune Barreau de Bruxelles in
2018 and 2019.
